Contract: Full time, permanent contract (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience + commission

Role Overview
We’re hiring a Bullion Trader – Account Manager to join our Sales team and manage high-value relationship, drive trading activity, and help shape our premium customer journey. This hands-on role will see you working directly with HNW clients, managing your own trading pipeline, and supporting junior traders to meet ambitious growth and service goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to HNW clients, supporting their investment decisions across gold, silver and other bullion products
- Own and manage a high-value personal pipeline across B2C and B2B channels
- Develop tailored pricing and trading strategies informed by market movements and client needs
- Mentor junior traders and contribute to a high-performance, compliance and team culture
- Collaborate across departments to enhance the end-to-end customer experience
- Ensure trading accuracy, pricing consistency, and stock availability
- Monitor economic trends and market updates to shape insights and opportunities
- Promote the full JQB service offering including pensions, storage and portfolio solutions
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in sales, account management, trading or investment-related roles
- Experience supporting HNW clients or working within financial, investment or precious metals sectors
- Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and confidence under pressure
- Comfortable using Excel, CRM platforms, and sales performance data
- Experience mentoring or leading others is desirable
