Job Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Part-Time HR Advisor to join our team on a
12-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide critical support to our HR function,
combining operational HR administration with advisory support for managers across the
business. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced

Role Responsibility
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new employees to processing terminations.
- Manage the creation of new employee contracts, Right to Work and reference checks, and DBS checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including conducting HR inductions, explaining company benefits, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place.
- Support the administration of key HR processes, including employee contracts, leaver documentation, and any changes to terms and conditions of employment.
- Ensure systematic management of time-sensitive processes, such as probation reviews and family leave calculations.
- Manage the integrity of HR data, ensuring accuracy for generating reports and insights.
- Organise and prepare monthly payroll, including the collation, updating, and processing of payroll variations.
- Manage the administration of company benefits, pensions, and ensure timely processing of payroll data.
- Oversee attendance, absence monitoring, and holiday records, ensuring compliance with company policy and best practices.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, resolving queries where possible and directing them to relevant resources as needed.
- Provide support to managers for employee relations processes and advise on a range of HR-related matters.
- Assist managers in the recruitment process, from advertising roles and pre-screening candidates to participating in first-stage interviews.
- Assist with the organisation of company outings and social events, fostering a positive workplace culture.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in HR administration and business partnering roles.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Excel for reporting and data management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise managers on a range of HR related matters.
Package Description
- Base salary up to £32,500 depending on experience.
- Bonus of up to 30% of base, paid twice yearly, dependent on Company performance.
