As the Head of Retail & Online Jewellery, you will oversee our brand new retail store and established online platforms, be responsible for the full P&L, order fulfilment, and customer service operations. This role demands not only a deep understanding of the jewellery market and product nuances but also expertise in sourcing new products and confidently appraising and pricing second-hand goods. While the primary focus will be on operational and financial management, you will also have a crucial role in evolving our brand identity, ensuring that both our website and physical store reflect our ambition and resonate with our customer base, all while delivering on growth and profitability.

Role Responsibility
- Product Development: Lead the creative process for new collections, collaborating with designers to develop luxury jewellery pieces that resonate with our discerning clientele.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximise revenue, drive brand growth, and elevate our market positioning.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients, delivering personalised and exclusive jewellery services.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Trend Analysis & Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and appealing.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the entire jewellery operation, from supply chain management to retail performance, ensuring efficiency and excellence across all areas.

- Creative Vision: Strong aesthetic sense and passion for luxury design, with the ability to translate trends into exquisite jewellery collections.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and driving performance in a high-end retail environment.
- Client-Centric Mindset: A focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with luxury clients.
- Industry Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of the luxury jewellery market, trends, and consumer behaviour.
