Job Introduction

The Fine Jewellery Company & The Jewellers, part of Jewellery Quarter Bullion Limited, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our prestigious Brand New jewellery store. As Customer Service and Sales assistant you will help driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and support with our Ecommerce as well. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the jewellery industry and seeking to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Role Responsibility

In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in our prestigious jewellery store. You'll also collaborate with our e-commerce team to ensure a seamless online and offline shopping experience, aligning with our business goals and maintaining consistent customer service.

You should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a proactive approach to both traditional retail and online sales in the jewellery market. Your skills will be crucial in contributing to the success and growth of our jewellery business, spanning both the physical store and the expanding world of e-commerce.   • Client Engagement and Consultation: Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, cultivating authentic connections by actively listening to their preferences and needs.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our exquisite jewellery collection, including materials, intricate designs, and exceptional craftsmanship that distinguish us from the rest.
  • Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, all while maintaining a consultative and customer-focused approach. Provide personalised recommendations and choices to clients, ensuring a memorable and opulent shopping experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, leaving a lasting positive impression in every interaction. Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and create an environment where clients feel genuinely valued and cherished.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members and various departments both in store and with the E-commerce team to share insights, contribute to visual merchandising initiatives, and collectively enhance the overall in-store customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in luxury retail, preferably in the jewellery sector, with a proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience interacting with high-end clientele is advantageous.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating critical thinking to identify possible solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly and efficiently to evolving role demands.
  • Keen interest in new software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening, effective communication, and adept relationship-building abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a discerning eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude coupled with a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Package Description


  • £23,500 basic salary based on experience + up to 30% annual bonus (dependent on company performance)
  • 25 days of holidays + 8 days Bank Holidays and the opportunity to buy 5 extra days per year
