Job Introduction

Through your organised approach to problem solving and interest in improving processes, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Product and Commercial Team.
As Junior Commercial Administrator, you will report directly to the Head of Product and Commercial and collaborate closely with teams across the business, from Customer Services to Logistics.

Role Responsibility
- Help to resolve stock related issues
- Book stock in and out - stock control, management and movement
- Liaise with suppliers and couriers
- Ensure efficient collection and delivery of goods
- Resolve unfulfilled customer orders
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Submit consignment details (manually and onto carrier systems)
- Monitor inbox for stock related queries
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar Administration role is desirable
- Strong computer skills, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Great work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines
- French speaking advantageous but not compulsory
Package Description
- Base salary between £24k and £27k depending on experience.
- Bonus of up to 30% of base, paid twice yearly, dependent on Company performance.
