- Recommend and implement pricing changes based on performance, competitor activity, and market conditions
- Ensure products are correctly assigned to pricing groups and trading rules
- Publish products to the website, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Optimise product listings to improve visibility, relevance, and conversion
- Review weekly performance of:
- Products seen and sold

- Use ecommerce analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Power BI, to identify opportunities and support decision-making
- Work with Ecommerce to analyse basket behaviour following price changes and recommend corrective actions
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and product placement, sharing insight with Buying and Marketing teams
- Support quarterly competitor and market reviews within the bullion sector
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in merchandising, ecommerce trading, or pricing-focused roles
- Strong retail and commercial mindset, with a focus on conversion and margin
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced ecommerce or retail trading environment
- Confident working cross-functionally with Buying, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience using Google Analytics and Power BI is desirable but not essential.
