Contract: Full time, permanent contract (37.5 hours per week, including Saturday rota)
Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience + bonus

Role Overview
We’re hiring a UK Sales Manager to lead our Sales & Customer Service team and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This hands-on leadership role reports to the Director of Sales & AI and is responsible for driving performance across busy phone and email channels, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting team development.
A strong interest in investing, economics, or the bullion market is desirable, though prior experience in the industry isn’t required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales & Customer Service team, ensuring high-quality customer interactions
- Monitor call and email metrics, ensuring prompt and effective responses
- Deliver regular 1:1s, coaching, and real-time feedback to support team performance
- Engage with customers directly to understand needs and exceed expectations
- Identify process improvements to streamline operations and elevate service
- Manage reviews, refunds, and goodwill gestures professionally
- Collaborate with Compliance to prevent fraud and uphold policies
- Represent the brand clearly and consistently in customer communications
- Partner with HR to address performance, conduct, or grievance issues as needed
- Report service performance insights to senior leadership
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in sales, account management, trading or investment-related roles
- Experience supporting HNW clients or working within financial, investment or precious metals sectors
- Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and confidence under pressure
- Comfortable using Excel, CRM platforms, and sales performance data
- Experience mentoring or leading others is desirable
