Job Introduction

The Fine Jewellery Company & The Jewellers, part of Jewellery Quarter Bullion Limited, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our prestigious Brand New jewellery store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding our sales professionals towards success. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the jewellery industry and seeking to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

In addition to being responsible for the operations of our prestigious store, you will also play a crucial role in coordinating with our ecommerce team to ensure seamless integration between our online and physical store. This involves supporting online sales efforts, devising strategies that align with our overall business goals, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all channels. Your flexibility and adaptability in managing both aspects of the business will be vital to your success as a Store Manager.

Role Responsibility


Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise store profitability.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyse sales reports, identify trends, and implement appropriate action plans.
  • Foster a sales-driven culture within the store and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of jewellery sales professionals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and individual growth.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure that all customers receive an exceptional shopping experience and provide personalised service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's product offerings, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Train and guide the sales team on delivering excellent customer service and building long-term customer relationships.

Store Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, maintaining an appealing and organised store layout.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist the stock team with inventory control and management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimising loss.
  • Assist the stock and finance teams with conducting regular stock audits, implementing stock replenishment strategies, and monitor stock turnover.
  • Coordinate with our stock team to ensure timely delivery of products & special orders.
  • Analyse sales trends to identify popular items and make suggestions to the stock team.

The Ideal Candidate


  • Proven experience as a Retail Jewellery Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the jewellery industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, precious metals, and industry trends.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.

Package Description


  • £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience + Bonus (based on company performance and is paid twice per year)
